1. About Hopop Rewards
Hopop Rewards is our free loyalty programme for customers who shop on www.hopop.in. You earn points when you shop and can use them for money off later orders. 1 point = ₹1.
2. Joining
- Joining is free. You join with your mobile number from My Account → Rewards.
- You get 100 welcome points when you join.
- One Rewards account per mobile number.
3. Earning points
- You earn points on orders placed on www.dezinekids.com. Orders placed in our store or by phone do not earn points for now.
- You earn points on what you pay for your order, after any discount, including delivery charges:

| Gold | 6 points for every ₹150 |
| Platinum | 9 points for every ₹150 |
- Points are added when your order is delivered. Until then they show in your account as "points on their way".
- Points are counted on every full ₹150. For example, at Silver an order of ₹1,499 earns 27 points (9 × 3), and an order of ₹200 earns 3.
4. Tiers
- Your tier depends on what you spent on delivered website orders in the last 6 months: Silver from your first order, Gold ₹50,000 or more, Platinum ₹1,00,000 or more.
- You move up as soon as a delivered order takes you over the amount. That order earns at your old tier; your orders after it earn at the new tier.
- Once you reach a tier you keep it for 6 months. After that, if your spend in the last 6 months no longer reaches that tier, you go down one tier.
5. Invite a friend
- Share your invite link or code from My Account → Rewards. Your friend can open the link, or type your code in Have an invite code? when they join.
- Your friend gets 100 points and you get 100 points when your friend's first order is delivered.
- Your friend must be new to Hopop: a mobile number that has never ordered on our website.
- You cannot invite yourself or use a second mobile number of your own.
6. Using your points
- Tap Use my points in My Account. You get a one-time discount code worth your points, to use at checkout.
- Points can pay for up to 50% of the products in your cart. At least half of the product value must be paid by you. For example: a ₹250 points code works on a cart of ₹500 or more.
- Points cannot be used for delivery charges.
- One points code per order. It cannot be combined with other discount codes.
- A code is valid for 7 days. If you don't use it, the points go back to your account with their original expiry dates.
7. Points expiry
- Points expire 6 months after the day you get them.
- When you use points, the ones that expire soonest are used first.
8. Cancellations and returns
- If an order is cancelled or returned, the points earned on it are taken back.
- If you used points on an order that is then cancelled or returned, those points are not returned. Their value counts as a discount already used.
9. General
- Points have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or moved to another person.
- Points can only be used on www.dezinekids.com.
- We may cancel points, or close a Rewards account, if we find misuse. Examples: fake or duplicate accounts, false referrals, or orders placed only to collect points and then returned.
- We may change these terms, or change or end the programme, at any time. The terms on this page are the ones that apply.
